How do I enter Individual Services/ Surveys?
Services Cheat Sheet
DWG
1. Go to gis.bartramtrail.net/portal in a chrome browser.
2. Access the map
3. Search the job number
4. On the pop up at the bottom, select the three-dot menu
5. Select “Smart Editor”, and a pop up will dock itself to the right of your browser.
6. Find the DWG file in your computer’s file explorer
7. Once found, highlight it.
8. Right click on the highlighted document.
9. Select “GIS Copy DWG”
10. Paste it in the DWG Text box in the chrome browser
11. Type your name in the appropriate field, or add it behind the name if one is already present
12. Save
Adding Address/ Making Corrections
1. Go to gis.bartramtrail.net/portal in a chrome browser.
2. Access the map
3. Search the job number
4. On the pop up at the bottom, select the three-dot menu
5. Select “Smart Editor”, and a pop up will dock itself to the right of your browser.
6. Type the address into the appropriate text box
7. Type your name in the appropriate field, or add it behind the name if one is already present
8. Save
Site Plan
1. Go to gis.bartramtrail.net/portal in a chrome browser.
2. Access the map
3. Search the job number
4. On the pop up at the bottom, select the three-dot menu
5. Select “Smart Editor”, and a pop up will dock itself to the right of your browser.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the docked pop up
7. Select the Related Table/Layer block
8. Scroll down a bit more
9. Select the tiny sheet of paper with the plus sign in the bottom right-hand corner
10. Select the survey type
11. Confirm the date
12. Find the Site Plan file in your computer’s file explorer
13. Once found, highlight it.
14. Right click on the highlighted document.
15. Select “GIS Copy PDF”
16. Paste it in the Project PDF Text box in the chrome browser
17. Type your name in the appropriate field, or add it behind the name if one is already present
18. Save
19. Select back to view the jobsite information
20. Select clear, and the X button at the top right of the docked pop up to end the editing session
Foundation
1. Go to gis.bartramtrail.net/portal in a chrome browser.

12. Find the Foundation file in your computer’s file explorer
a. Once found, highlight it.
b. Right click on the highlighted document.
c. Select “GIS Copy PDF”
d. Paste it in the Project PDF Text box in the chrome browser
13. Find the Field Notes file in your computer’s file explorer
a. Once found, highlight it.
b. Right click on the highlighted document.
c. Select “GIS Copy PDF”
d. Paste it in the Field Notes Text box in the chrome browser
14. Type your name in the appropriate field, or add it behind the name if one is already present
15. Save
16. Select back to view the jobsite information
17. Select clear, and the X button at the top right of the docked pop up to end the editing session
Final
