How do I enter a Job Sheet?

Entering Jobsheets – Quick Breakdown

1.       LOOK FOR UPDATES AT THE TOP – UPDATE IF NEEDED!

a.       If the banner is there click it for the update

b.       Find survey and select the arrow symbol

c.       Return to add the jobsheeet

2.       Add Jobsheet, or Entire Folder

a.       Collect

b.       General Project Information & Project Description

                                                               i.      Client # (Tab or Enter to move to the next field)

                                                             ii.      Year

                                                           iii.      Job Number

                                                           iv.      Client Name

1.       If this is a NEW/QUOTED client you will select OTHER *LOOK AT ADD’ STEPS

a.       Fill in the client name in the NEW text box

                                                             v.      Construction / Drone *This can be skipped unless truly a construction file

                                                           vi.      Subdivision Name

1.       If this is a QUOTED subdivision you will select OTHER *LOOK AT ADD’ STEPS

a.       Fill in the subdivision name in the NEW text box

                                                          vii.      Lot - Block – Tract – Grant

                                                        viii.      ORB Bk & ORB Pg

                                                            ix.      Plat Book – Plat Pgs (This will be used for Map books also)

c.       Location Information

                                                               i.      Hit the Square Map

                                                             ii.      In the left corner change the globe icon to the XY (Map Coordinate Input Only)

                                                           iii.      Enter the LAT-LONG in the search bar

1.       Be sure to INCLUDE the direction (N, W, S, E)

2.       The decimals & degrees will be a SPACE

3.       Use a comma to separate the LAT from the LONG

4.       A red pin will drop on your map – zoom in for lot confirmation                                          DO NOT SCROLL WITH YOUR MOUSE YOU MUST USE THE + SYMBOL ON THE SIDE TO ZOOM IN- You are also able to change the base map to world imagery to see aerial views (same as county)

5.       Confirm by hitting the check mark in the right corner

6.       In the DMS Latitude & Longitude boxes below your pinned map type in the missing digits from your LAT&LONG print out

7.       Enter S-T-R

8.       Enter Address (House Number and Street Name Only)

9.       Enter County

d.       Linked Documents: Jobsheets, DWG, and Folders

                                                               i.      Jobsheet Pathway Box

1.       Find your PDF in the BTSYR folder your just saved

2.       Right Click the file

3.       Copy GIS PDF

4.       Paste the pathway in the box

5.       Send the file by the check in the right corner
