How do I add a new Choice to the selection lists?
The established procedure for doing this is as follows:
1. Select Other
2. Type in the newly appeared textbox the official name
3. Carry on with the survey per normal standards
4. Submit the Entry form survey
5. Begin a new a new ticket on BTS Intranet @ help.bartramtrail.net
6. Fill out the form, and submit.
****For large subdivisions a representative from the department may reach out to IT prior in order to reduce submissions.
The procedure for these updates is as follows and specific to only Survey123 users. The web application used for drafters and entering services at a later time than with the job sheet is automatically updated and there are no needs for manual updating otherwise. A simple browser refresh can bring it up to date as with any other internet page. This process will occur each business day.
1. Submissions are made by staff @ HELP.BARTRAMTRAIL.NET throughout the day on Monday (for example).
2. Entries are checked and corrected daily (on Tuesday for example)
a. Entries are checked by IT
b. Submissions with the option “Other” are corrected to reflect the new choice by IT
c. The choice is added to the choice list in question
3. In the evening (around 11pm for example) Survey123 is updated for the staff’s morning update routine on clock in.
